“The Restless Mr. Fabian, Sr.” is all about Erick A. Fabian,Sr. musing on several topics close to his heart, namely zines, indie comix, conlangs, DIY ethics, progressive politics, vintage Christianity, vegetarian lifestyle, fatherhood and tasteless humor.
Erick Sr. is the creator, editor and publisher of the zine TicTiger!, and with his wife Miam also runs a DIY small press operation/record label called TicTiger! Productions/UnderStanding Sound Recordings (which has released over ten zines and comix and Gray Matter-a CD compilation of music/spoken word).
He is the creator of the constructed language called Talümena, originally intended for his still-unfinished novel about Lennura-The Known Passing World, the history of the Erani Talumenam, talking warrior cats, sorcerers with guns, deadly female assasins and the enigmatic Guild of the Left Hand. Hopefully he’s still alive by the time of its publishing, as he has only gone so far as three chapters.
He sings, writes songs and plays acoustic classical guitar, harmonica and recorder for the one-man organic rock show called Lewis*Staples.
He cooks gourmet vegetarian food (veg sushi, Indian, Filipino, Italian, Mexican, etc.).
He is a father and a submissive husband. 
He was a former active member of Inter-Varsity Christian Fellowship (SVCF-Diliman) in the Philippines. IVCF is the Protestant equivalent of the Opus Dei.
Do not ask him to talk about rock music history. He will never stop talking unless you stuff his mouth with food. He is a self-proclaimed rock music geek even if he only has 20 original CDs, 60+ cassette tape albums, and countless bootleg CDs in his possesion.
